General

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Delivery and Payment apply to all our sales and deliveries, unless alternative agreements have been concluded in writing. Otherwise, the provisions of the Commercial Code and the Civil Code apply, unless they conflict with the provisions which are listed below or specified separately in writing. Ancillary agreements will be effective only if they have been confirmed in writing by the supplier. In every case, we reserve title and copyright to drawings, plans and designs, as also the right to invoice any fees for these.

Our offers are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to prior sale and to make changes to prospectuses or designs.
